| Here i am at Snetterton, Its been raining over night, out in the second practice session, full wets in bike no 2, had a gentle ride round started to get the hang of what it all feels like in the wet or maybe near flood conditions, i felt it went ok The good thing about running two bikes is that you get two practice passes, so got straight back out for practice three, on the pace now started to pass quite a few other riders, that don't mean a lot because its only practice and warm up Race 1 bike 1 Grid position 23, dryish track, some dry on the racing line, got a good start worked hard and finished 8th, result taken away as i left the transponder on the bike2 Race 2 bike 2 Grid position 1, wet track, should do well here, i thought!!!! went out on the grouping lap, formed on the grid for the sighting lap,pulled away hard spun the rear wheel and got sidewards on the grid makings hard on the gas made it away well eased up a bit as it is only the sighting lap, sadly turn 4 caught me out, bloody crashed, as other riders saw me slide off into the mud, rushed to the bike to try to pick it up to make the grid but the handle bar and foot peg were snapped off, bugger, did i swear and shout, i kicked the mud, beat up the tyre wall and scrounged a fag off the marshalls, all i could do was to sit back and watch any amount of championship points go by, Not happy ! | ||
